Job Title: SAP ABAP Developer

Position Overview
The SAP ABAP Developer will be responsible for the design, development, and support of SAP custom applications. The role requires strong technical skills in ABAP programming and the ability to collaborate with functional teams to deliver scalable and efficient business solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, and deploy SAP ABAP objects such as Reports, Interfaces, Enhancements, Forms, and Conversions.

Develop custom programs using ABAP Workbench tools (ALV, SmartForms, Adobe Forms, BDC, IDocs).

Integrate SAP modules (FI/CO, MM, SD, HR, etc.) with ABAP developments.

Collaborate with functional consultants to gather and refine requirements.

Perform debugging, performance tuning, and unit testing.

Document technical specifications and provide post-deployment support.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.

3–5 years of professional experience in SAP ABAP development.

Strong understanding of BAPIs, BADIs, User Exits, and Enhancement Framework.

Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, CDS Views, and OData services preferred.

Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience with ABAP on HANA, Fiori, or SAP Workflow.

SAP ABAP certification is an added advantage.

Exposure to Agile or SAP Activate methodology preferred.
